Will I know exactly what is inside?
Every mystery bundle is a surprise. Your preferences guide the curation where applicable, but exact items, colors and themes may vary from the photographs.
Can I send a bundle as a gift?
Yes. The collections are designed for birthdays, holidays, book clubs, care packages or a little just-because joy. Share the recipient’s likes and the occasion in your order notes.
When will my order arrive?
Allow up to 14 business days for processing, plus shipping time. Delivery costs and estimates depend on your destination and selected shipping method. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I order Mystery Capsules on their own?
Yes! We have a Mystery Capsule Bundle that is available to purchase on its own. You can also add extra capsules to any bundle by choosing 5, 10, 15, or 20 at checkout. These add-on counts are only available with a bundle purchase.
What is the return policy?
Bundles are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged, contact us within seven days of delivery with photographs of the item and its packaging. A replacement or store credit may be offered at our discretion. Read the full policy.
